Dots is a pixel art application for the iPhone that allows you to create artwork by manipulating pixels and their colors to create a picture or drawing of whatever you’d like. You can do that with Dots by using a photo as the background template, selecting specific pixels on the screen, and coloring them as you wish with a convenient and versatile color panel.
