Cut the Rope: Holiday Gift is a Free App and Available Now to Anyone that Wants it!

In a move that one-ups the Angry Birds 99-cent Christmas offering, developer ZeptoLab has put out a holiday version of the popular Cut the Rope, and this Christmas gift doesn’t cost a thing. It’s called Cut the Rope: Holiday Gift and should please fans of the franchise, and also be a no-cost way to check out the game if it’s your first time.

The game has been made-over for Christmas time, complete with a new intro, background music, and themes for Om Nom. It’s also pretty generous with the actual content, offering 25 levels with new holiday elements that effect the gameplay . . . There’s no doubt that this version of Cut the Rope is intended for Christmas, but I wonder if we’ll see a re-branding of the package in the future to suite the next season (think Angry Birds Halloween)?

We’ll find out about that eventually, but these 25 levels should keep fans busy for awhile. Here is the official statement from the developer regarding their Christmas gift to you: “ZeptoLab wants to thank all you Om Nom fans out there by giving you this all new Holiday Gift featuring a great new stocking feature that magically shoots the Candy round the box.
