Sleep Lantern works by beaming a ray of light towards the ceiling. Its brightness will fluctuate as time passes. Try to follow your breathing pattern as the light changes. Breathe in when the light gets bigger and breathe out when it gets smaller. At the end of a cycle, Sleep Lantern will automatically shut off. Hopefully, you will have also fallen asleep.
