If you’re ever the type to have to present something to an audience, today’s free app for the iPhone and iPad, called Presentation Link, is one worth checking out.
While the apps vary between the two devices to some degree, the same features are, for the most part, present in both iterations. Presentation Link is a great tool to help you give those slide-laden presentations that can often be a boring chore to figure out how to make happen, logistically. Now you can have the control in the palm of your hands with this app. If you don’t want to drop the cash for apps like Keynote, this one should more than do the job for you. Create your presentations with high res images and videos, link to additional info through the in-app browser, set hyperlinks, quickly jump to relevant slides, and so much more. There’s really not much of a knock you could find with this app, and it’s one that every speaker should check out.

Slow Message
|
Slow Message iPhone OS (4 stars with 48 Ratings)
$0.99 →Free
Slow Message is an app that helps you send emails that will arrive at a specific point in time later on, whether it be just a few days, a few weeks, months, or even years. All you have to do is draft the email when it comes to mind, send it off, and then not worry one lick about when it gets there, as it will deliver it within the timeframe you specified. You see, one thing that’s very interesting about this app is it’s not an exact science. The definitions of time are loosely defined, meaning that if you set up an email to be delivered within seven days, it could be delivered in one day or seven days. It’s an interesting concept that has its advantages. While it can’t be used for exact purposes, it can be used to send a message to a special someone for romantic reasons, maybe to remind yourself of something you wanted to do with your life, and other possible reasons.
